Rehabilitation of a public building to the demands of Vaude Parc Institution for creating an environment friendly complex with areas for educational activities, multimedia laboratory, library, meeting room and a multipurpose room. The design adopts the most recent environment friendly and energy efficiency principles: heat pump heating system, ventilated facades, thermal insulation on walls, new energy efficient curtain-walls.
